Instead we're digging into the links between literacy, civic engagement and kids. How can our communities better involve youth in issues and create opportunities for them to develop solutions?
DIBS for Kids is a literacy nonprofit founded by a former first grade teacher. We believe every student should have a great book to read at home every night, regardless of family income.
With our classroom-based libraries, we support teachers to send books home with students in a hands-off way. With our student-led technology, we aim to make reading the most fun thing our students do every evening.
